_{I've been entirely on the fence in regards to submitting this. I felt like I needed to submit this, though. It has been on here for a few days. And here it is. I want to take this moment to honor the 26 people we lost Friday. There are no words for these things. This is for them. This is for those smiling children, jumping joyously around in heaven with their teachers beside them. They're safe now. This is for the families who are never going to be the same. This is for the children that did survive, their lives taking a viciously dark turn too soon. This is for the people who helped them. This is for the people that saw it, and could not help. This is for the shooter's own mother. There are no words. It saddens me deeply that someone would be so upset or hurt that they would inflict this type of misery on the world. This piece is not for mourning, it is a celebration. A celebration of lives and life. I am humbled.
